Craig and his family have lived in the Waikato area for over 30 years now, and selling Real Estate since 2001.

Initially coming from Hamilton, they loved the idea of moving to the small village like persona that Cambridge has, he says, and viewed Cambridge as a safe environment to raise their children, with all the advantages of being 30 minutes away from New Zealand's largest inland city, Hamilton.

Although Craig's children are now at an age where they are finding their own way in life, Craig now supports his grandchildren in their early development, through a wide array of sporting and social clubs that Cambridge has to offer.

As Craig says "we both felt it important to encourage and support them in their choices, and appreciate the effort of those involved".

Katrina, as well as being married to Craig now works as his Personal Assistant too. Having been a property buyer and seller in her own right, as well as a previously being a licensed salesperson, she understands intimately the stresses that property buying and selling brings from both sides of the transaction.

With a previous career in local government you can be assured of confidentiality, professionalism and an eagle eye for detail and numbers. Katrina understands buying and selling can be an overwhelming exercise for some and will support and guide you to ensure the whole process is as stress-free as possible.
